Support for Enterprise is offered differently from our self-serve options. We provide direct support across multiple platforms, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email.

Requesting support
When speaking with your account executive, you can request support through your preferred platform. Let them know if you’d like to use Slack or Microsoft Teams, and we’ll set up the channel for you. For email support, no setup is required—simply reach out to ent-support@framer.com.
We treat all platforms equally and use a unified system to manage incoming requests. This ensures quick response times and allows us to resolve issues efficiently.
