How to use the Creator Dashboard
The Creator Dashboard is your central hub for submitting and managing your templates, plugins, and profile on the Marketplace. This guide will help you navigate the dashboard efficiently.
Templates
Submitting a new template
Submitting templates is straightforward with the Creator Dashboard. You can upload visuals, add detailed descriptions, set categories and features, and track the review status.
Open the Creator Dashboard.
Click “Templates” in the left sidebar.
Click “New Template” to start a new submission.
Fill in all required fields, including visuals and template details.
Click “Submit” once and review your submission carefully.
Check off all three confirmation prompts.
Click “Submit” again to finalize.

Editing an existing template
You can update your template listings instantly without a review process, except for URL changes, which need manual approval.
Open the Creator Dashboard and find the template you want to edit.
Hover over the template and select “Edit” from the action menu.
Update any required fields or visuals.
Click “Submit” once, review your changes, and check off all three prompts.
Click “Submit” again to finalize your updates.
Required fields for templates
When submitting or editing a template, make sure you complete the following details:
Visuals: Upload three or four high-quality images showcasing your template.
General information:
Name: A unique name (12 characters max).
Byline: A short description (34 characters max).
Short description: A brief intro for search results (260 characters max).
Full description: Detailed information to help boost usage.
Details:
Categories: Select up to three for better discoverability.
Pages: List all included pages
Features: Check off the Framer features your template uses.
Preview and checkout links:
Preview link: A live demo of your website.
Remix link: A duplicate project link. Learn how to create one here.
Price: Set your price. Note that free templates cannot use checkout services.
Checkout link: Link to a service like Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad.
Plugins
Submitting a new plugin
Submitting plugins works similar to submitting templates.
Open the Creator Dashboard.
Click “Plugins” in the left sidebar.
Click “New Plugin” to start a new submission.
Fill in all required fields, including visuals and plugin details.
Click “Submit” once and review your submission carefully.
Check off all three confirmation prompts.
Click “Submit” again to finalize.

Editing an existing plugin
You can make instant changes to your plugin listings without a review, except for new versions, which require an expedited review.
Open the Creator Dashboard.
Hover over the plugin and select “Edit” from the action menu.
Update any fields as needed.
Click “Submit” once, review your changes, and check off all three prompts.
Click “Submit” again to finalize your updates.
Creator profile
Managing your profile
Your profile showcases all your templates and plugins. Keeping it updated ensures maximum visibility.
Open the Creator Dashboard.
Click “Profile” in the left sidebar.
Update the required fields, such as your bio or social links.
Click “Save Changes”. Your updates will be published instantly.
Tip: Use the “Public Profile” button to preview how your profile appears to others.
Understanding your stats
The Creator Dashboard lets you track the performance of your templates and plugins using the following metrics.
For templates:
Views: The number of times users have viewed your template detail pages.
Previews: The number of clicks on the “Preview” button.
Remixes: The number of times your template have been duplicated.
For plugins:
Unique users: The number of users who have used your plugin.
Total uses: The number of times your plugin has been used.
