Junior Account Executive

We’re hiring a Junior Account Executive to support and grow our sales pipeline. In this role, you’ll build on your strengths in outreach and qualification while gaining the opportunity to run smaller deals end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-growth path into full-cycle sales at Framer.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to inbound leads with speed and precision, ensuring prompt follow-up and converting interest into qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.

  • Lead initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs and qualify opportunities, escalating larger or more strategic accounts to senior team members as needed.

  • Manage smaller deals end-to-end, including creating order forms, supporting negotiations, and driving to close, gaining full-cycle commercial experience.

  • Actively qualify and reach out to Product Qualified Leads (PQLs), with clear goals around meetings booked and pipeline created.

  • Partner with Senior Account Executives to support outreach and discovery on high-potential leads, while maintaining ownership of smaller opportunities

What you’ll bring

  • Some experience with sales or customer outreach, ideally in SaaS or design tools.

  • A proactive mindset — you spot opportunities and enjoy following through.

  • Comfort running discovery calls or qualifying leads, even if you’re still learning.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to grow — you ask questions and seek feedback.

  • An adaptable approach — you’re open to trying new tactics and learning as you go.

  • A genuine interest in design and technology; bonus if you’ve worked with Framer or similar tools.
