Business Operations & Strategy
We’re looking for our first Biz Ops to take ownership of our financial and investor reporting while driving broader FP&A initiatives. This is a strategic role with the potential to evolve into an operational leadership position. You’ll begin by building clarity and rigor into our reporting processes, forecasting, and revenue analysis. Over time, you’ll transition from insights to execution, driving tangible business impact as an operator. This role is ideal for someone with a background in consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), investment banking (e.g., Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan), or private equity/venture capital, who has transitioned into operating roles and is now eager to take on a position where they can shape and implement growth strategies.
What you’ll do
Financial and Investor Reporting: Own all aspects of financial reporting, including investor updates, ACS 606 compliance, and P&L management. Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with business goals.
FP&A Leadership: Lead revenue forecasting for 2025 and beyond, monitoring performance against targets and identifying opportunities to optimize growth.
Revenue Insights: Dive into self-serve revenue data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and provide actionable insights on metrics like PQLs, conversion rates, and customer segmentation.
Operational Strategy: Develop and execute plans to balance and grow self-serve and enterprise revenue streams, working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and key teams to align resources, track goals, and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
What you’ll bring
A few years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), investment bank (e.g., Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan), or private equity/venture capital, followed by operating roles in a high-growth environment.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
Comfortable transitioning from strategy to hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
Strong communicator who can align stakeholders, present insights clearly, and build trust across teams.
Eager to take ownership, drive change, and grow into a more expansive operational role over time.
Bonus if you know how to use SQL or have other technical skills.
